Each one is numbered, but you’ll start with #2 (true heat seekers don’t need a #1 sauce—too easy), and after you get to #6, you’ll jump right to #8. Think you can handle it? Here’s the full lineup:

#2 Serrano Garlic: A garlic punch and vinegar zip.
#3 Sweet Habanero: Sweet and a little bit smoky.
#4 Cranberry Habanero: Tart, tangy, sweet, and hot.
