Nope: In this live virtual class, Chef Mark Kalix will teach you how to make the pretty pasta right in your own kitchen and pair it with a rich, homemade marinara sauce.
- Chef Mark will first walk you through making the simple dough. While it rests, he’ll show you how to turn tomatoes into a classic marinara sauce using easy-to-find ingredients from the supermarket.
- Next, you’ll learn how to form your dough into the enchanting butterfly shapes that lovingly hold onto sauce.
- When the class ends, you’ll have dinner ready to eat, and the skills to re-create this delectable dish on your own, anytime (lucky you).
Class length: 90 minutes.
